Competed in four meets during the indoor season for the Gamecocks, running the mile, 3K and the distance medley relay … Was named Third Team All-SEC in the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championship, running the anchor leg and leading the Gamecocks to a program-record time of 9:27.14 to finish third overall … Was also the anchor leg of a different DMR quartet that ran 9:44.41 for a new Carolina Track & Field Indoor Facility record and coming away with a win at the Gamecock Challenge … Won the indoor mile at the USC Invite with a personal best time of 3:56.54, ranking second all-time in program history … Ran a pair of indoor 3K races, clocking a season best time of 7:58.99 at the Scarlet & White Invitational.

Appeared in five meets during his final outdoor season as a Gamecock, competing in the 1500m, 5K and 10K … Opened his outdoor season with the fastest 10K in program history, running 28:23.41 to finish 15th overall at the Raleigh Relays for a new personal best … Also ran the 10K at the NCAA East Regional, finishing 26th overall with a time of 29:46.84 and also competed in the 10K at the SEC Outdoor Championship after clocking 31:10.08 to place 12th at the conference meet … Ran a pair of 5K races on the season, including winning the Charlotte Invitational 5K after crossing the line in 13:54.21 … Placed 13th at the SEC Outdoor Championship in the 5K, running 14:06.26.

Appeared in just four meets during the indoor season, running the 3,000 meter and the 5,000 meter … Ran an indoor personal best in the 3K to open the season at the Carolina Challenge with a win, stopping the clock at 8:02.55 for the second fastest indoor 3K in Gamecock history … One week later, he ran the fastest 5K in Gamecock indoor history, finishing first at the Columbia Challenge with a personal best time of 13:58.05 … Also took home a win at the Tiger Paw Invite in the 3K, running 8:05.99 … Scored twice at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing sixth in the 5K (14:19.11) and eighth in the 3K (8:04.04).

Took part in five meets during the 2023 outdoor campaign, running the 1,500, the 5,000 meter and the 10K … Made his outdoor collegiate debut in the Bahamas, winning the 1,500 meter with a time of 3:54.80 … Set a program record in the 5K at the Penn Relays when he ran 13:52.94 to finish eighth overall … Medaled at the SEC Championship in the 10K when he finished third with a personal best time of 30:15.90 … Was named Second Team All-SEC for his finish in the 10K, the third fastest 10K in outdoor Gamecock history … Was an NCAA East Regional qualifier in the 5K, running 14:35.76.

Competed in eight meets during the indoor campaign, running the mile, 3,000-meter and the distance medley relay … Made his collegiate debut at the Clemson Opener on Dec. 3, winning the 3,000m with a time of 8:39.06 … Followed that up with a pair of wins in the Gamecock Opener in his first home meet, winning in both the mile (4:12.22) and the DMR (10:31.05) … Recorded his 3,000m season best at the South Carolina Invitational when he logged a time of 8:22.76, placing ninth overall … In the very next meet, he recorded his personal best in the mile, clocking a time of 4:08.68 to place seventh overall … Also won the mile at the UofSC Indoor Open (4:10.09) and narrowly missed out on scoring at the SEC Indoor Championship in the DMR, finishing ninth with a time of 9:49.50.
