Indoor

Competed in seven meets during her sophomore indoor campaign, running the 200m, 300m, 400m, 4×400 meter relay and two distance medley relays … Earned First Team All-American honors for the second consecutive season, finishing with bronze medalist honors in the 200m at the NCAA Indoor Championship with a time of 22.55 … Also received a spot on the Second Team All-American squad in the women’s 4x400m relay … Named 2025 USTFCCCA Southeast Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive year … Repeated as the SEC Indoor Champion in the 200m sprint, running 22.44 in the finals after running 22.36 in the preliminary round … Aided the Gamecocks in runner-up finishes in both the 4x400m relay and the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championship, leading South Carolina in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:27.24 for the second fastest time in program history and then a new program record in the DMR with a time of 10:55.41 … Also ran the DMR at the Gamecock Challenge and was part of the quartet that clocked 11:02.54 for a new Carolina Track & Field facility record … Opened her season at the Gamecock Opener, winning the 300m (36.48) and the 4x400m relay (3:35.58) … The following week she won the 400m at the Corky Classic with a new personal best time of 51.20 for the second fastest indoor 400m in program history … Won two additional 200m sprints on the year, including the Tiger Paw Invitational where she tied her program record in the 200m with a time of 22.34 … Was also responsible for one more 400m win at the East Coast Invitational, running 52.61.

Outdoor

Appeared in eight meets during the outdoor season, running the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay … Won the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championship in the 200m, running 22.21 in the final round for the first 200m title since 2006 … Earned three First Team All-American honors during the outdoor championship with her gold medal in the 200m and her runner-up finishes in the 100m (11.14) and the 4x100m relay with a program record time of 42.40 … Clocked a pair of program records in the semifinal round of the NCAA Championship, running 10.87 in the 100m and 21.98 in the 200m sprints … Became the sixth fastest female collegiate runner ever in the 100m, while becoming just the fifth female to break the 22-second barrier in the 200m … Made her way to the NCAA Championship after finishing third in the 100m (11.00) and winning the 200m (22.27) at the East Regional, while also running 42.81 in the 4x100m relay and the 10th fastest 4x400m relay in program history with a time of 3:27.56 … Was awarded the SEC Commissioner’s Trophy for scoring 25 points at the conference meet, earning the gold medal in the 100m (first Gamecock to do so), 200m, 4x100m and the 4x400m relays … Ran 11.06 in the 100m before turning around and doubling down with the 200m crown with a time of 22.01 … Anchored the 4x100m relay to a time of 42.75 for the gold medal, while running as the third leg on the 4x400m relay that won gold with a program record time of 3:24.26 … Also won the 100m at the Gamecock Invite (11.06) and the East Coast Relays (11.02) … Came away with a pair of 200m victories at the Michael Johnson Invite (22.40) and the East Coast Relays (22.51), while winning two 400m sprints at the Florida Relays (50.43) and the Charlotte Invitational (51.09) … Her time of 50.43 at the Florida Relays is her fastest 400m race collegiately as she ran 50.33 at the 2024 US Olympic Trials … Was also a part of five more relay victories, including three 4x100m relays … Individually won 10 of 11 finals races during the season and also won seven of nine relay finals.

Indoor
Appeared in seven meets and took the track & field world by storm, running the 200m, 300m, 400m and the 4x400m relay, winning every single race that she competed in … Was named SEC Women’s Freshman Runner of the Year as well as the USTFCCCA Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year … Etched her name in the record books at the NCAA Indoor Championship with a pair of gold medals in the 200m and the 4x400m relay, earning two First Team All-American nods … Ran the fourth fastest collegiate 200m and fastest U20 time in history to win gold at the NCAA Indoor Championship, clocking 22.34 for a new program record to become the first Gamecock woman to win the indoor 200m since 2006 … Was the anchor leg of the women’s 4x400m relay national championship squad, running 3:26.20 for the gold medal including a split of 50.74 just 30 minutes after her 200m final for the program’s first 4x400m relay championship since 2019 … Prior to the NCAA Indoor Championship, Ford won both the 200m and the 4x400m relay at the SEC Indoor Championship to earn First Team All-SEC honors … She ran a then program record of 22.36 in the SEC Championship 200m final to become the program’s first ever SEC Indoor 200m champion … Was the anchor leg of the SEC 4x400m Championship team, running a program time of 3:26.05 with a split of 49.80 for the first SEC crown in 15 years … Took the track & field world by storm with the second fastest collegiate 300m to begin her collegiate career at the Clemson Opener, running a program record time of 35.83 for the win and then later was the opening leg of the 4x400m relay squad that won with a time of 3:36.46 … Ran the 300m in her home debut at the Gamecock Opener, running in 36.00 flat for a new Carolina Indoor Track & Field Facility record … Brought home the Gamecock Opener 4x400m relay win as the anchor leg, running 3:31.27 … Won a pair of 200m races during the regular season, running 22.58 at the Razorback Invitational and then 22.36 at the Tiger Paw Invite … Secured a pair of wins in the 400m at the New Balance Collegiate Showdown (51.60) and the Tiger Paw Invite (51.33) … Her time of 51.33 at the Tiger Paw Invite set a new personal best and is the third fastest indoor 400m in program history.

Outdoor
Appeared in nine outdoor meets for South Carolina, running the 100m, 200m, 400m and both the 4x100m and 4x400m relays … Earned USTFCCCA Southeast Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year … Swept the SEC Women’s Freshman Runner of the Year honor … Earned a trio of First Team All-American honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championship, doing so in the 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m relays … Finished runner-up at the national championship meet in the 200m with a program record time and PR time of 22.08, while finishing third in the 4x100m relay with time of 42.63 … Was also sixth in the 4x400m relay, running as the anchor leg and turning in a new program record time of 3:24.86 … Finished second at the NCAA East Regional meet in the 200m (22.28) and was also the anchor leg in the 4x100m relay that ran a program record time of 42.46 to finish first … Scored at the SEC Championship in the 100m, 200m, and the 4x400m relay … Earned Second Team All-SEC honors after finishing runner-up in both the 200m (22.11) and the 4x400m relay (3:25.02) … Finished seventh in the 100m at the SEC Outdoor Championship, turning in a time of 11.24 … Made her outdoor debut at the Weems Baskin Invitational, running the 400m in a time of 51.16 for the win … The following week, she claimed her first outdoor 200m title of the season at the Florida Relays, clocking 22.37 … Ran a collegiate best 400m time of 50.81 at the Tom Jones Invitational, finishing fifth overall with the fourth fastest outdoor 400m time in Gamecock history … Won both the 100m and the 200m at the Charlotte Invitational, running a personal best time of 11.13 in the 100m, while turning in 22.21 in the 200m … Her time of 11.13 in the 100m at Charlotte ranks fifth all-time in program history … Was part of seven different relay victories, including four 4x100m relay wins.

Was a track & field phenom for Jack Britt High School in Fayetteville, N.C. … During her time with the Buccaneers, Ford accounted for 24 gold medals in events such as the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and the 4x400m … She also secured seven silver medals, six bronze medals and two copper medals … During the 2023 season, Ford earned the title of Women’s 4A Track & Field State Champion MVP Athlete and was the United 8 Athletic Conference Women’s Track & Field Runner of the Year in the 100m, 200m, 400m and the 4x400m relay … She was also a member of the United 8 Athletic Conference First Team All-Conference squad … She earned three key gold medals during her senior season: U20 San Juan 4x400m, Nike Nationals 400m and the Brooks Invitation 400m … She also finished as the USATF U20 400m bronze medalist during her senior campaign … Her junior campaign saw her rise to high expectations as well, earning gold medal in the Adidas Nationals in the 100m, 200m and the 400m – setting a new record in the 400m … She was also named Jack Britt Women’s Indoor Track MVP … During the 2022 season, Ford was awarded United 8 Athletic Conference Women’s Track & Field Runner of the Year … The 2021 campaign saw Ford earn her first Women’s Track & Field MVP Sprinter following the COVID season in 2020 … She was also awarded Jack Britt’s Varsity Girls Track & Field Runner of the Year and earned a spot on the United 8 All-Conference First Team in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and the 4x400m … Ford entered college with the following personal bests for indoor: 55m (7.07), 200m (23.58) and 300m (40.11); while holding the following outdoor personal bests of: 100m (11.34), 200m (23.06), 400m (51.77), 800m (2:28.40) and the 1600m (6:39.86).
